Here are a few images that did not make it into skin for different reasons, but maybe work ok for others.
Most of these extra images are only good for 96 dpi/100% display, or they will run out of image.
There are two seamless images that can work on 144dpi/150%
The old Mario phone image is too small, but ok I guess.

I made the rival truck images for 96 dpi, then found it very hard to see the menu text. I Turned down the truck highlights in picture editor,
even put in option to make all main separators invisible becoming a bare naked menu.
Still no good for me. Too much chrome/ too many lights. I'm not a spring chicken teenager anymore. Can only take distraction up to a point. :)
I had to switch "All programs" to outside fly out type.

A number of people uploaded images for custom picture menus before.
I think AppData or manoluv-dai8x0j uploaded the alien, dog and a bunch of dark texture images in the Asus K20 Evolution page.
 Pikachu\Yoshi work.
Also shpkong has some images on his StartIsBack Plain10 skins post that can work on this skin.

I found there's an issue using inside all programs option. If a folder is opened, it creates a shifted image further down,
unless one hovers over all the entries to get rid of artifact. It's better to user the outside cascading submenu.

Note.
In a phone wallpaper the whole image is visible.
When on CS menu, less than half of phone image is visible.
Sometimes only 1/4 visible.
To zero in on the best parts, crop, resize image to match ones system.

If you want to have a family portrait as a menu image,
it's best to take a screenshot of how your menu looks, jump view prefered.
Use that screenshot as a temporary back layer in a photo editor.
Best not to use small side offset option as it will shift starting point.

Then paste your portrait image over top as a second layer.
Resize portrait layer to be same as menu screenshot, crop,
turn off/delete screenshot layer, then save your new resized picture as jpg or png.
Also a good idea to add more of portrait image at bottom for when menu expands upwards.
